My Archive

The Archive is a useful feature which acts rather like an electronic filing cabinet. Here you can save your search materials – be that text or images – and refer back to them at any point. Any results that you save can be found in this area as well as any saved search parameters and saved search queries.

Furthermore you can create slideset presentations with ease by saving selected images into the 'Slide' folder of My Archive. Your presentation can then be emailed onwards as an MS® PowerPoint presentation, meaning that you can create a high-quality, editable presentation in a just a few minutes.

To access your archive, you will notice a small grey box which is always present at the right of the Search results screen. When maximised (by pressing the icon in the right corner of the box) it turns red and your archive folders become visible. (Figure 17) You can navigate through your archive folders and click the 'Go to My Archives' link (Figure 18) to view a larger page.
