At the top of your My Archive page will be a list of folders containing your Search Results. When you save your search results, you can save them in the 'Default' folder or alternatively, you can organise your data by creating new folders. Directly beneath this list of folders is an additional list of folders containing your saved images or slide presentations.
To create new folders, click the link within the Search Result portlets, labelled 'Create New Folder' and follow the onscreen instructions.
Likewise, to delete one/all of your folders, check the box next to that folder and click 'Delete Folder' (Fig 21). Note that if you delete a folder, the contents of that folder will also be deleted.

To view the contents of a folder, click on the name of the folder. The folder will open to show your saved search results. You can then read, send, delete or move individual documents (Figure 22)
