To implement permanent rules for refining your search, go to Search Settings, located in your profile box on the left of the screen (Figure 33)

Alternatively, click on the Search settings link in the right-hand, top corner of the Search Results portlet (Figure 34)

Here you can choose your preferred search settings, including the number of results displayed per page and the source category (for example, medical education only). The Query Completion feature can be enabled and which works in much the same way as predictive text on your mobile phone. Once you have chosen your preferred settings, click Save. All future searches that you perform will use these settings.
