When you first register with univadis, you are asked to set a username and password. The combination of username and password identifies you as a unique and authorised member of the univadis community. You will use the username and password at the login screen to access univadis.

Forgotten Password.

You must be logged out of univadis to use this function. Click on "Forgot Your ID or Password?" (Circled in red below).

A small window will open (shown below) and asks you to fill in your email address. An email will be sent to you with your username and password. If you can't remember the email address that is stored in Edit Your Profile, then click on "I don't know my email" (Circled in red below).

Another small window will open, asking you to confirm your identity. Fill in the fields displayed using an email address that you do remember. If the data matches what we have in our records, your username and password will be sent to the email address that you have specified. If not, you will be asked to contact the helpdesk.

Reset Password.

You will be taken to a screen (shown below) which asks you to input your current/old password and your new password.

A valid password will contain at least 6 characters but no more than 20 characters. The password is case sensitive and allows letters and numbers but not symbols such as ¿ $ _ & etc.

If you would like to clear all fields, click "Reset". If you are happy with your changes, click "Submit". Your password has now been reset and you should use your new password from now on.
