Your Slide Archive holds the slidesets and slide sets that you have saved to your Slide Archive. In the Archive page, you should see a box similar to that below.

Here you can see the slidesets or slidesets that you have created, the last time that the slideset was edited and the number of items that you have saved into that slideset. You can also complete the following operations:

• Create a new slideset. Click on "Create new slideset" (B). A small screen will load up where you can type in the name of the slideset and click "Save".
• Delete a slideset. Select the slideset you would like to delete by clicking on the tick box next to that slideset (A) and click on the Delete icon. By deleting the slideset, you will also delete all of the saved items inside the slideset.
• Access a slideset. You can view the items that you have saved to a slideset by clicking on the name of the slideset (e.g. Cardiology). By doing so, you will see the following screen.

On this screen, you can

• Rename the slideset. Click on "Rename" and in the new screen, type the new name of the slideset and click "Save".
• Delete the slideset. Click on "Delete Slideset". By deleting the slideset, you will also delete all of the saved items inside the slideset.
• Preview the slideset. Click on "Preview" and a new window will open. This window will display your slides (including notes) in the order they have been placed into the slideset presentation. Click on "Next Image" in the new window to view the next slide.
• Email the presentation. Click on "Send presentation" and a new window will open. Here you will be able to specify an email address to which you would like to send the slides. You can also choose whether to include a message or to send the slides in HTML or Text format.
• Change an item. Click on an icon, on the slide you wish to change in order to complete the following operations:
