When you complete a search you can save any or all of the articles that are returned in your search results.

• Simply click on the "tick box" (A, shown above) to select the article(s) that you would like to save.
• Click on the "Save" icon

A small screen will open (shown below).

• Choose the folder in which you would like to save your search result by using the drop down menu (A) or create a new folder by typing in the name of the new folder at (B).
• When you have chosen or created the correct folder, click "Add" (C) or cancel the operation by clicking "Close" (D).

Your article will now be saved into your "Search Results Archive".

When the Archive has loaded, you will see a box (similar to that shown below) on the page.

Here you can see the folders that you have created, the last time that the folder was edited and the number of items that you have saved into that folder. You can also complete the following operations:

• Create a new folder. Click on "Create new folder" (B). A small screen will load up where you can type in the name of the folder and click "Save".
• Delete a folder. Select the folder you would like to delete by clicking on the tick box next to that folder (A) and click on the Delete icon. By deleting the folder, you will also delete all of the saved items inside the folder.
• Access a folder. You can view the items that you have saved to a folder by clicking on the name of the folder (e.g. Asthma). By doing so, you will see the following screen.

On this screen, you can

• Rename the folder. Click on "Rename Folder" and in the new screen, type the new name of the folder and click "Save".
• Delete the folder. Click on "Delete Folder". By deleting the folder, you will also delete all of the saved items inside the folder.
• Select an item. Click on the tick box next to the item you want to select (A). When you have selected an item, you can:
  • Delete the item. Click on the "Delete" icon. The item will be deleted from this folder
  • Move the item. Using the drop-down menu (B), select the folder that you would like to move the item to. The item will automatically be moved to the folder that you have selected.
  • Send to a friend. Click on the "Send to..." You will now be able to email the article to a friend or colleague.
• Access an item by clicking on the title of the item or on "Abstract" directly underneath each item.
